But in detail, you must meet at least one of these name guidelines...:

Content rules
- This service is being administered by a UK citizen (with dual-citizenship to the EU). Therefore content must follow the laws of the UK, as well as your
own country and the EU. This includes, but is not limited to, GDPR. Subpoenas will often be responded to, since I can't afford lawyers lol.
- You MUST NOT host malware or Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs) on your server. The definition of malware is software that performs activities not explicitly
authorised by the person running the software. PUPs usually are software that performs activities that do not benefit the user, or perhaps even hinder the user, and
may mislead the user or perform activities that the user was not informed correctly of - this includes but is not limited to adware, crypto miners that do not
identify themselves, and rogue antiviruses. The decision as to what counts as a malware or a PUP lies solely in the administrators of Dunn.eu.org.
- You MUST NOT host content that is deemed horrifying or "gore". This includes but is not limited to graphic imagery of injury.
- We do permit hosting content that is not suitable for non-adults (hereonin NSFW content), but NSFW content must be labeled with the
Restricted to Adults label. We'd also appreciate it if you declared it to the dunn.eu.org
administrators. All persons in the content must be over the legal age of consent in both your country and the UK, and must have consented explicitly to the content
being produced.
- You are wholly and solely responsible for the content on your website. We do offer Cloudflare reverse proxying, but that does NOT mean we accept responsibility for
your content. Cloudflare may cache your content, but that still does NOT mean we accept responsibility for your content. Your content is your content, and
you are responsible for it, no matter where it ends up.
- This also means you are wholly and solely responsible for the security of your website. We offer Cloudflare DDoS and bot protection, but that does NOT mean we accept
responsibility for any security flaws in your server or for any successful DDoS attacks. You MUST provide ample protection on your own server to avoid being
victim to attack.
- We are limited by our NIC to only allow small commercial operations.
Email rules
- This service is being administered by a UK citizen (with dual-citizenship to the EU). Therefore content sent from dunn.eu.org email must follow the laws of the UK, as well as your
own country and the EU. This includes, but is not limited to, GDPR. Subpoenas will often be responded to, since I can't afford lawyers lol.
- Also, if you receive content illegal in the EU and the UK, you MUST report it to relevant authorities, delete it, and report the offense to
Dunn.eu.org administrators. PLEASE DON'T SEND US THE ILLEGAL CONTENT, otherwise you will be breaking the law! Just tell us the metadata to look out
for.
- You MUST NOT send malware or Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs) through email.
- You MUST NOT send content that is deemed horrifying or "gore", except when you have received a specific and explicit permission in writing from
Dunn.eu.org administrators, in which case you may only send the content to individuals who you have received explicit consent from. This permission is only granted
in exceptional circumstances. Horrifying content includes but is not limited to graphic imagery of injury.
- You may send content unsuitable for non-adults, but you must only send this content to other consenting adults. All persons in the content must
be over the legal age of consent in both your country and the UK, and must have consented explicitly to the content being produced.
- You are wholly and solely responsible for the content of your emails. Your content is your content, and
you are responsible for it, no matter where it ends up.
- This also means you are wholly and solely responsible for the security of your email. You MUST provide ample protection on your own
devices to avoid being victim to attack.
